Today's observation

I decided to go ahead and directly observe my surroundings right on the blog, just to save myself the trouble of transferring the same material.

I'm inside today, looking out a window covered by a light white veil of a curtain, perforated, allowing the breeze in. It's cool, an appropriate moderation to the slowly building heat conveying the change in seasons. It feels bearably warm in the room. It's an interesting contrast, being able to distinctly hear birds sing, being able to make out the sounds of nature unoppressed by the machine-gun like rattle in the city. There are actually spaces where you hear sounds that the average urbanite might think don't exist, like the wind, or leafs brushing up against each other.

Osaka, Kansai, Japan
a youthful nomad, occasionally assisting the locals in their quest for second language acquisition, often pondering trivial metaphysical questions, reading books, discussing things of no importance, going on adventures and playing a lot of poker.
